Booking and Cancelling Policies
To all of you beautiful clients, please read Danick Beauty Bar’s policies listed below for your own convenience so we don’t run into any complications during your visit 🙂 We ask you to please be respectful to the policies as they ensure smooth operations during your visit.
For booking appointments, we require the following:
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Credit Card number or e-Transfer for eyelash, permanent makeup and Training
It is highly recommended for you to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time for filling out your client form sheet. You can also use this time to
• Do basic preparation for example, picking your nail polish design etc…
• Remove pre-existing makeup for Eyelashes, microblading, and permanent makeup
Please arrive on-time as if not, it will cut into your own scheduled time and may result you to receive a condensed version of your service. This is to prevent all clients will receive their full scheduled time and we can be fair to everyone.
A confirmation email will be sent out to all clients 12-24 hours before their scheduled time, informing them about their service. A response to the confirmation email is a must. Cancelation of the appointment is considered if no confirmation is received on our end.
For permanent makeup and eyelash services, a deposit of $50 is placed, which in the case of a cancelation is non-refundable.
Our lash technicians can not work on another artist’s work. We ask you to book your eyelash appointments when 4 weeks have past on your previous lash appointment that was made with other artists from other salons.
Cancelation & refund policy for training program
. Full deposit is required at the time of registration
. You will receive 75% of your money if you cancel notify Danick Beauty Bar one week prior of training.
. If you cancel your training with less than 7 days of notice, you will receive 50% of your money.
. If you do not cancel or show up on the time of training, no refund will be given.
